Hello, I've noticed I'm being charged £4 extra for Virus Protect each month despite not having ever signed up for it, and not having ever used it, and have been for some time (when actually it should have formed part of my package anyway)
I can't remove it online myself as it doesn't show up anywhere in my extras except on my bill, Live Chat doesn't seem to be available, and I can't get through on the phone. I noticed someone here had the same problem and it looks like a moderator was able to help him - could I ask if someone could do the same for me please?
