Removing an OLD Account in Billing

Now that I am one bill for phone, broadband and BT Vision. How do you remove the old accounts from the online billing ?

 

When I log on the old account is always the first to be displayed. I would like the only account that I know have to be first.

If you drop me in an email please with your bt.com username and the account that you would like removed along with a link back to this thread then I'll be happy to get this sorted out for you.
