We're sorry but you cannot reorder Line Rental Saver until 27 days before the end of your original term. We will send you an email to let you know when you can reorder.

Hi @latamise Sorry you were unable to renew your Line Rental Saver online.
Did you have any other orders open on your account at the time? If all your orders are closed and you are still unable to renew online then we will be happy to help you get it set up if you send us your details. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

Hi @latamise Thanks for taking my call earlier and I was able to check that the Line Rental Saver is not showing as due to be renewed until November 2018.
