Renewal of contract

Just a shout out to BT for excellent service.

Upon nearing the end of my 18 month FTTP contract with no problems at all I looked into renewal.

I was delighted to be offered a 40% increase in speed PLUS a reduction of £5 per month on my monthly charges for a 24 month contract.

I  duly accepted, thanks BT 😛
