Repeat and random disconnections - time for a replacement hub?

Hi all,

For the last few weeks I have been suffering from repeated and random disconnects using btbroadband.  Prior to this, absolutely not a problem with bt apart from a faulty v1 homehub a few years back on installation at our home.

We currently have two devices connected through the homehub 2.0 - a laptop and a desktop (both wired).  Since I am of today due to the royal wedding (thumbs up will) I decided to catch up on some on demand programs using my bt vision service.  That began randomly throwing v04 errors which suggests problems with the hub (that much I know).  At that stage I tried accessing the internet on both the laptop and the desktop - nothing.  I powered down the vision top box and restarted the home hub.  Now all is working but the repeated drop outs on the internet and vision service are beginning to get frustrating.  Once the internet drops out it's usually taking around 10-30 seconds for it to come back.  The line state (as seen in the first log below) still shows as being connected despite this fact.   Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): The server could not be found will be displayed in the chrome browser on drop out.

Nothing else has changed at our home.  No additional electronic devices have been installed or any other changes made to the computers or the hub.  I'm hoping someone could make better sense of these logs or at least give me some indication as to what is going on.  Thank-you so much for any help
