I received a rewards card in January for £50 for being a loyal customer and re-newing my broadband contract .I was unable to activate the card after numerous attempts, got no help from Purecard or BT , I sent the card back then received an e-mail from Purecard saying they would send me another card,but I never received the card .Now BT have informed me my original complaint has been closed

I have moved your post on to a new thread as the thread you posted on was not related to your exact issue.
Sadly we won't be able to help you in this case, the only part of the Rewards Card process that we can help with is arranging for the original rewards card to be issued. Once the card has been issued Pure Card deal with everything relating to activating and using the card. You may be best sending Pure Card an email to follow up - info@purecard.com

thanks for your reply I have already been in touch with Purecard and got no reply and as for BT they e-mailed me to say they have closed my complaint

I'm sorry you haven't had a reply from Purecard, have you tried calling them on 0344 879 1068? They're open 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday.
