Replacement of door, frame, and BT's wiring in the way.

Hey guys,

We're looking to replace the front door and frame, unfortunately there is a 52A Junction box sat on the wooden frame. There would not be enough cable to put this through the wall above/to the side of the door frame - and I don't think the installers would be able to drill the composite/pvc frame to accommodate it. It comes straight down from the anchor point on the house, so there is no spare drop wire.

Not to mention, it's BT's property.

Is this likely to be a chargable work to move/replace (external junction box), considering that it was BT's idea to put that junction box in the most awkward place possible?

I am afraid you will be charged by Openreach to move the cable
