Hi all, we've two phones on SIM only on BT Mobile, part of our overall account. One of the phones will shortly be replaced by a new 5G model.
I believe current BT SIM only cards support 5G/4G but ours predate that. I was wondering if I can keep our current plan (which I'm totally happy with) but swap out the old SIM in my current 4G phone for a new one which supports 5G where available for my new phone.
If so, how do I arrange it? Is there a UK Tel no I could call to do it?
TIA.

You need to speak to customer services by dialling 150 from your mobile or a BT Landline or 0800 800 150 from any other network.
When you request a replacement SIM you will also need to request 5G be enabled on your current plans.
