Report a Scam call

Hi Everyone,

I want to highlight a new way to report scam calls to BT.

Fraudsters claiming to be from BT are calling victims to try and gain personal information, gain access to computers and in some cases access bank accounts.

We take these incidents very seriously. Please let us know if you've been the victim of a scam call, so we can stamp out this activity.

My 81 year old father nearly fell foul of this today, thankfully he contacted the bank and they stopped thousands being taken. Police are taking details. Horrendous and very convincing.

I had already logged onto my BT account and done a live chat regarding calls today, then I was told to join the community which I've done under Moe70.

I got this scam call earlier today where they used this website to confuse you

But i want to know what is the purpose of that website
