Hi would there be a chance of someone telling me how to get Interleaving turned off on my broadband?
I submitted a support ticket through the contact us section. Recieved a call back and spent 20 minutes trying to explain what interleaving was to the person on the phone. Didn't manage to get any help other than try changing your wireless channel, which wouldn't help anything.
Thanks for any advice/help you can give.
Here are my router stats.
the mods will help change latency to fast on your long line that may well make you line unstable and if so then the DLM will automatically change latency back to interleaved mods will post a contact us link
After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email
I'll be able to take a look at your connection and remove interleaving. Please send me in your details using the "Contact The Mods" link found in my profile.
Hi, thanks for the quick replies. I have filled out the contact form.
Also some more information, since I moved in around 2 months ago my broadband will have a few days of being "good" then it will drop connection a lot in a short time. Sometimes I can have 3-4 days of 0.1Mb/s speeds before it sorts itself out.
I believe interleaving was turned on because I was messing with the hub, restarting it too much in order to fix the low speeds I often get. I've learnt since then restarting the hub doesn't really seem to help.
Just had a quick question. I originally tried to get interleaving turned off by using the contact us section. just went to check the ticket and I got this.
Do you know what it means?
your stats look ok for 5 days conenction time you just need to wait on mods getting back to you in 3/5 working days
