Looking at the stats, facts, snr's and quiet line result .... I'd say your connection maybe suffers above average levels of crosstalk, specifically on the upstream metallic path. If that is the case there's nothing you can really do, but DLM will constantly pay attention and drop the con logically and adjust interleave depth accordingly. It doesn't happen so much on the downstream path as probably (although I can't tell from the stats) G.INP will be running, and it doesn't upwards. If it were mine I'd just leave it and see if it settles (eventually). What DLM does best is to logically try different scenarios to give you the best it can ... but it also (using connection history) "knows" it's maybe tried it before, and eventually it will come to rest .... unless of course the line conditions change either way. The interleave levels are quite profound, and will add some latency but 30msecs is not unusual..
