Request for Read and Received - can it be set auto.

Can I set my outgoing BT emails to ask for a Read and Received acknowledgement automatically without having to tick the two boxes each time? - I always forget!

I assume you are using webmail, you haven't specified, in which case you can't. However, were you to use a proper mail client, then yes you can specify to ask for receipts every time.

You will only receive a receipt if the recipient agrees to send one in any case.
