Same problem here.
Ive rang the 0800 no on three different occasions to request a vat breakdown invoice, was told each time that it was being dealt with and it would be available from the next month onwards. It has never happended. Can i ask how i can get this sorted?

Checked my my recent bill today, still no vat invoice!!
My father has had the same issues but his has been resolved, I was told I could not get back dated vat invoices but my father received 3 or 4 months back dated??
Whats actually the issue here, this is the forth time I've had to raise this, it's a waste of my time.
Maybe you could advise me of how this can be resolved please.
