Have you got Java installed on your computer, it will not load without it?

 

Its not installed by default on Windows, you have to install it yourself.

Also just to add, i totally lost internet access on friday night(blue light would appear for around 20 seconds then go back to orange), via my homehub. Changed to netgear router and my connection has never droped, just painfully slow.

 

I have used the router im currently using with this connection before and not experienced problems in the past.

Just remember mate bt router will take 14 days to re-stable after been switched off so what there asking 4 show hubstats will take a bit to sort

the riddlerz your post makes no sense a router does not take 14 days to stabilise after it is turned off
