Have been on the phone this afternoon, trying to speak to an agent about a 4 day extension to pay our phone and broadband bill. After numerous dead ends via automated robots I get put through, where I wait for what must have been an hour until I gave up. I normally use the chat facility but that seems to have vanished.
No doubt if I'm a few minutes late paying my bill, BT will be on to it like a shot.
