Hi,
Have upgraded to Infinity 2, very pleased with the Download speed increase, but frustrated with the drop in Upload speed, had 37mbps down and 8 mbps up when i was on Infinity 1, after upgrading to Infinity 2, i have 48 mbps Download, but Upload has dropped to 6 mbps, i have read lots of posts about reseting the HH3 can help, but i am unsure as to how to do this, do i use a pin in the 'reset' hole, or the 'restart' button, or just pull the power lead...Many thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

Thanks for that, now having problems, after doing the 'reset' procedure, when i run the speedtest, i am getting an error, 'cant match your details', so test does not run properly, whats that all about, ??
The BT speedtest is often very inaccurate (pessimistic) on upload speed. Do you get similar upload speed results from speedtest.net and http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html? Some people see hardly any difference, others a huge difference.
It sometimes takes a few days for information about your connection to meander through BT's IT infrastructure, and until then the BTW test won't give a profile. Also, it seems to pick on certain people and refuse it for some time. Give it a week or so from install, and if yout still can't get a profile and still have bad speeds, try the mods at: http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951 . But be aware they take 3 working days to reply: sometimes more if busy; but they have a good record of getting things solved once they are on the case.
