Hi
Can anybody help me? I retired from BT April 2016. I Have been waiting for BT to contact me re changing from employee Broadband and Residential Offiice landline. Several calls to the BT sales team and one call to BT Billing.
They all recommend waiting for BT to contact me.
Please can somebody help me to resolve this problem.
