I am using MS outlook 2010 and I can send an email from BTinternet.com OK. Some people are not able to use the reply function as my emailaddress shows as ****@btinerne.com. has anyone got any ideas why because I'm ready to drop BT because I am losing work because of this.
It won't be because of anything BT are doing, I suspect it is because you may have misconfigured Outlook 2010. Check in the account settings that you haven't mistyped your email address in the 'Name' field. People are perhaps copying that when they reply rather than the reply function. Or have you set a 'reply to' email address in settings and mistyped it?

Has this just started? Was it OK before a certain time?
Have a look at the settings, in case you've set a "Reply-to" address differently to the "From" address - which is usually in the "More Settings " area.
