Unfortunately not, the Google search I did showed the same result but on searching the pages there is no link to click once you’ve logged in.

Agreed - I've searched high and low and can't find the link that the article refers to. Guess it hasn't been updated in a while.
I'd recommend using the live chat option on the BT web site to request a bag instead.
