I recently upgraded and got the new BT TV Pro box. I keep getting reminders to return my old box to avoid a charge of £89. Despite requesting packaging a number of times now, I've still not received any. Am I the only person having this issue? Surely it shouldn't be this difficult, trying to return something?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't received the returns packaging to return your old BT TV Box. The Returns bag is usually sent out with second class post and can take a week to arrive. I'm sorry if you have to contact BT a few time about this and it still hasn't arrived.
