Returning a faulty hub

Just receive a new home hub 4 which will not connect to the Internet or even boot up. Contacted the help line and after a few tests they are going to send me another hub. I've had an email to arrange to and the faulty one back, but when I folow the link to Parcel Force I am unable to finish filling out the form as it doe not recognise the prefilled box that says 'return'. Any help would be welcome.

Re: Returning a faulty hub

Try waiting until the new hub turns up.  Last time I needed one, it came with a returns label for sending the old one back (except that they also said not to bother returning an old Hub 1.5).
