Returning router after leaving

Hi after leaving BT, as per your instructions and to avoid a £50 charge I returned your router .

this was received by you on the 4th December, yet I am still receiving texts and mails informing me I need to return the router . 
I can prove you have received this parcel and will not be paying your £50 charge. Could you get this rectified please

Hi @jakedapeguk, welcome to the forum, and sorry you're getting reminders to return your hub. 

It can take us up to two weeks to process your return, so if you've sent it back recently it will be marked returned shortly. If it's more than 2 weeks since you returned it give us a call on 0800 800 150 with your proof of postage details and our customer services team will mark this as returned for you.
