Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I've moved your post onto its own thread as the last one had been marked as solved.
If your BT Account has been closed for a while I won't be able to order a Returns Bag as we don't have a facility to place an order on a closed account. Your best bet would be to take the old modem and hub to your local recycling center and they can dispose of it for you.
