please can you send me a return bag too?

i’ve same problem to request one , on bt web site.

it’s keep saying;

“ sorry! We can’t get you account details at the moment “

but it takes already 3 weeks.

Could I also be sent a returns bag please? I received a replacement BT TV box yesterday and would like to return the old one, and there was no returns bag in the package (and as others have said, contrary to the advice there doesn't seem to be a link to request a returns bag anywhere in the My BT menus).
