Hello, hoping you can help me out, my grandmother is was expecting one a the returns bags but it seems to have not showed up.
After searching online it seems she would have to login to an online account to request a new one but she doesn't know if she had set up an account and doesn't have any login details.
The only thing I have is the letter they sent her requesting the hub back which has the account number etc on it.
