New hub 6 arrived.On the back of the box it states to return old unit , clip on bt.com /Returns. It goes to info page then returns to another info page but gives no idea how to return the item.

If you've completed the minimum term you signed up for when you got the original hub, it's yours. Don't return it - it will do as a doorstop or a reserve if the HH6 fails, which is not exactly unknown.
