I placed an Infinity order (FTTP) on 5 Jan, as a new customer. As the line was transferring to fibre from copper with another provider, the order was cancelled and re-processed. This was eventually rectified and the service is now up and running as of 7 March.
After calling the Order Management Team, I have received a prepaid card , but the amount on the card is £100, not the £125 stated when I placed the order.
Also the £70 cashback I was expecting through Topcashback was declined because of the initial order's cancellation.
I intended using the cashback to offset the Infinity connection cost and the openreach ADSL cancellation fee.
Can anyone help?
