Hi, I've reached the 30 day mark since buying a BT Mobile product so have followed the link to claim my reward card. I've followed the instructions so far but cannot actually find a button to "claim" the reward. Clicking on the bt.com/claimmyreward link takes me to a page with a "Claim Your Reward" link which takes me to a login page which takes me the the same screen I started at with the list of available rewards. I've not seen any confirmation it is claimed, or had any emails. Is it now claimed, or is there a problem somewhere that's sending me in a loop?

Hi @mrt1981 welcome back and sorry that you are not able to claim your reward card yet. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we will be happy to help get it claimed for you.
