Reward Card - Constant Error Message

Hi,

I've recently ordered Broadband and keep getting emails and texts to claim my reward card but everytime I log in to do this I get an error message - Error - Please try again after some time.

Can someone help?

I'm sorry that you're not able to claim your reward card online. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to get it claimed for you.
