Hi all,
I received an email from BT on 15/12/20 saying that my £100 reward card had been sent out and could take up to 30 days to be received (I signed up to BT in November)
It is now the 22/02/21 and I still haven't received this. Has anyone else had this issue and is there an easy way to get this sorted as I used the email address on the website and they said they cannot help.

I'm pleased that I was able to help get your reward card processed. I'm sorry for the time this has taken.
As the card is on route now there isn't anything further I need to do from here. I'll go ahead and close this off, as agreed.
