Reward Card not showing up

Hi

I joined BT mobile on 26th July via online chat. The adviser told me there would be a £70 reward card

"With the 20GB SIM it will be £15 a month on a 12 month contract and you will also receive an additional £70 reward card with this! "

I found out that I would have to wait for 30 days before I would be eligible for the reward card but there is still no £70 reward card showing as available. How do I go about getting the card?

You can also try claiming your reward card by using the Chase my reward form

Hi @Dean007

Thanks for your response. I followed the Chase My Reward link. It was stated on the page only to use the form to chase up cards that had been claimed but not delivered. However, it also pointed me towards the 'contact us' section, which got me through to an online adviser within a minute and I've been assured that the card will be with me in 30-45 days. Thanks for the heads up.
