Reward Card

I recently posted regarding my reward card. I was informed that rewards do not become available for 2 weeks. My broadband was activated  On 20th July and my bt account is still showing no rewards available. Any ideas anyone.

Hi @Gazrob1966 sorry that reward card is not showing after the 14 days. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to get it claimed for you.
