I signed up for fibre 2 on 15th July which had a gift card as a reward for signing up. However, when I went to claim my reward just now (I left it a bit longer to go past cool off period) it states there's no reward to claim? Obviously frustrating as its one of the things which sold me the product. I brought 15th July, service started 28th July and just tried to claim today (24th Aug)
Please help! have others found a resolution to this?
