I've had my internet set up for almost a month now but I'm still not able to claim my reward card.
When I log into my account and go to the rewards sections all I get it "Sorry we can't bring up your details at the moment please try again later"

I have the same problem with exactly the same message displayed "Sorry we can't bring up your details at the moment please try again later".
