Reward Card

Hi there,

I've had my internet set up for almost a month now but I'm still not able to claim my reward card.

When I log into my account and go to the rewards sections all I get it "Sorry we can't bring up your details at the moment please try again later"

I'm sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card.  I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages

I have the same problem with exactly the same message displayed "Sorry we can't bring up your details at the moment please try again later".
