I wonder if anyone would be able to help me. I have recently had broadband installed (17th October 2016) and received an offer of a £125 Pre-Paid Mastercard with my order. When I try to claim my card it says "Your broadband order qualifies for a reward. Your order is still in progress, but once it’s complete you can claim your reward. Then there is a link next to it saying track order and when I click it it says the order number is closed.
