Reward Card

Hi, I took out a new mobile contract on 20/11/2017 and still haven’t received my reward card. I emailed and received a reply saying I’m eligible but can’t claim until after 30 days. That has now passed and the website still won’t let me claim it. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

@Keith_Beddoe is correct. If you send the details to the reward card team using the link posted they'll be able to get this sorted for you. Can you let me know how you get on?

Thanks, I’ve been in touch and they have messaged me back saying my card has been processed and will be with me in the next 30 days.
