Lots of folk seem to have problems with the reward card. It's likewise for me. The service began yesterday. I've just tried to claim my reward and the site tells me I have no reward.
Any suggestions for resolving this gratefully received.

You will have to wait at least 14 days after your service is active, before you can claim.
That is to make sure you are outside the cancellation period.
Thank you Keith. I didn't know about that, just that if 30 days goes by it's too late to claim.

You have three months to claim, so there is plenty of time to chase it up via this forum, should you have any problems claiming it.

Must have been lucky, my service started , migrated from another supplier, 14th this month, claimed card from email received when signing up, and it arrived Thursday by post.
