I took out two contacts for BT Broadband in different properties during the last 3 months of 2018. As part of the packages, we were promised a BT MasterCard Reward card on each. We never received them and, having dug deeper, now find that we were supposed to claim them ourselves. WHAT A CON! At no stage, were we told that we had to claim them ourselves. The expiry date for claiming (which BT never advised me about) has long since passed (of course) and we have lost £240. NOT IMPRESSED. Will be looking for another, less expensive, broadband provider once the contracts end.
