Reward Card


I raised a complaint 24th November have just had contact today,  i am basically being mugged off. And i am enraged as i knew this would happen.  Offer an 120 gift card dont want to pay up. Apparently i went through a 3rd party site to where i signed up, beacuse of this i need to chase the 3rd party site up. Outrageous i now want to get away from BT if this is how they treat their customer.  Its now more principal than the 120 gift card.


And i have no idea which site i went through as there is  so many all offering the same deal. Anyone else have this problem and what did you do?

Hi @Nohappy welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry but you've been given incorrect information as this is something that BT will be able to fix as long it's raised with our rewards card team.
