Reward Card

I ordered Fibre 1 Broadband  on 14/11/2020 which included a £100 Reward Card. Broadband was activated on 30/11/2020. I have tried to claim this BT Reward Card but the website states there are no rewards waiting to be claimed. 

Would you be able to provide some assistance please?
