Reward card claim problem

Hi All,

 

Followed the Moneysaving expert link to the BT website to order broadband with £50 cashback and £100 reward card on 16th April. No problems whatsoever when ordering, all up and running, have submitted the claim for £50 cashback by cheque however the claimmyreward link says I'm not eligible for the reward. The offer was definitely valid and no hitches/cancellations etc. 

 

Got absolutely nowhere with BT live chat despite very long wait and being transferred to Billing who then claimed they couldn't help. What's the best route to go down to get this. A £100 loss makes it substantially more expensive than other providers.

ETA, as per similar posts, first three letters of the order confirmation were AJM and the tracker shows no part of the order cancelled, service active 3rd May.

Have you tried chasing this with the reward card team?
