New BT customer here. Recently signed up to a TV/Phone/BB package which included a £125(?) prepaid MasterCard.
The landline was installed and BB went live on 10th September, when I visit bt.com/claimmyreward it says "You are not eligible to claim a reward, please see FAQs for more information".
My order is shown as closed on 10th September - order no. VOL013-**********
Do I need to wait a few more days/weeks before trying to claim or is something wrong?
@gjw248 Sorry about that as long as the order is completed an closed you should be able to submit your claim. If you're having problems doing this the rewards team can be contacted on this link.
