Reward card error

hi all

ive received texts and emails saying i can claim my reward card and that I’m still to claim it however when i click the link and log in it comes up with 

Error !

Please try after some time. 
any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry you're having bother claiming the reward. Have your orders closed and services been activated yet?
