Hi all,
I recently signed up for BT FTTP and on the 10th March claimed my BT £110 reward card, the card shows as claimed on this date on my rewards history page but it hasn't arrived yet, I haven't had any message saying it's been sent either. I emailed card holder services via the link on the BT site and they replied over the weekend but only to say "We were unable to locate your information on our system" and passed me back to BT, they gave me a number to call but a message told me it was no longer in use but as I was on hold with BT for 55 mins last week on another matter to no avail I thought I'd try the community. This took me a while to sort as I never received my sign up verification email after many attemps until I used another email address and it was fine then.
I'm hoping someone in the community may be able to help, thanks in advance.
