Reward card

Hi folks hope someone can help i purchased the phone line and superfast unlimited broadband from bt.com it went live on the 14th of may but for some reason i cant see where i can claim reward i spoke to a chap on the online chat he gave me a link to a reward claim page i done this on thursday morning and i have still not heard anything.

Sorry for the delay receiving the reward card.  I understand that you have claimed for the reward card and you haven't heard anything so you can send us over your details and we will check from here.

Thanks for getting back to me robbie but for some reason i cant send you a message i put all the details in but my email comes up as yellow and the submit your question box is faded out strange
