Affiliate links can be out of date. Usually once you are directed to the BT website, you would see whether the promotion is still valid before you place the order.

I also signed up to B.T. broadband with the offer of a £80.00 reward card after my broadband had been activated on Feb 20th 2020 I waited for the required period for the broadband to be up running before applying for as promised in my deal £80.00 reward card. With no mention of it in my account I proceeded to contact B.T. which is a total nightmare they said they had found the problem and it would be sorted within 5 days which it wasn't phoned again waiting over 30 minutes for reply and I updated my enquiry into a complaint it was stated that it would be fast tracked and they would get in touch which has you have guessed has not happened. With B.T. having broken their part of the two year contract my next steps are to leave B.T. and apply for compensation after what I would call all the agrevation caused.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I did an online chat with BT who told me to contact the reward card issuing company. They passed me to another team who said I needed to speak to BT. Rang BT, they said because I went through Quidco switch I had to go to Quidco. Quidco have said no it’s for BT... help! I am so so frustrated that no one will take responsibility for what was advertised to me and therefore purchased. I only went with BT because of the £80 reward card and feel incredibly let down.
