Reward card

I ordered BT broadband on 10/11/20 and was connected 24/11/20   I am having difficulty claiming my £100 reward card. I would be grateful for any help.

I'm sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card.  Can you log in here and let me know what it shows? -->  Log in to My Rewards

I'm sorry you're getting that message when trying to raise the claim for your reward card.  I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
