Reward card

Hi

I am wanting to claim reward card for BT mobile. I can see the card showing there when I log on but there is no button to claim or form to fill in. Please can someone explain how I claim this?

Hi @Aaronjw1987,

When did you order your BT Mobile service? You do need to wait until after the 14 day cooling off period before claiming the rewards card.

Was ordered some time ago and the BT reward site said it would be available from 16 August. It is just there doesn't seem to be a link to actually claim it?

Thank you for posting back. You should be able to claim in through you My BT.
