Reward card.

My broadband started on 3rd July but my account is still showing that there are no rewards to claim. Am I entitled to a reward card or not ? If not, why not@

Hi @smithhouse11, can you let me know what referral site you saw the offer on and the date your order was placed?

The order was placed on 18th June through BT's site and activated on 3rd July. The order number is AJMAAZZZZ0*****
