Reward card

We took out the BT broadband offer online, and noticed it said we would be entitled to a BT reward card at the value of £120, our service was activated on 10/11/2020 we have allowed the two week period to pass, and checked the reward page and no reward is showing.

Is there a a longer wait we should be aware of or should we be able to see the reward card

Hi CallumP, I'm sorry your reward card is not showing as available to be claimed, it should be there by now. I've sent you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll chase that up for you.
